Kirkby-in-Furness Cottages

Kirkby-in-Furness is close to Broughton in Furness and the market town of Ulverston. It overlooks the Duddon estuary to the west, the fells of the Lake District to the east and is on the Cumbrian coast railway line. In the village, the Duddon Sands Hostel is adjacent to the Ship Inn. It is a 16 bed purpose built self catering hostel for families, individuals or groups. Breakfast and evening meals can be provided through the pub by prior arrangement. There are also renovated traditional cottages and farm building conversion cottages available for holiday let on a self-catering basis in the area.
