Grange-over-Sands B&B

Grange-over-Sands is a town with a wide tidal range which explains the sands in the name. It is located on the north side of Morecambe Bay and has a population of just over 4,000. The town developed from a small fishing village with the arrival of the railway in the 19th century and became a popular seaside resort. It has a number of hotels, inns, guesthouses and b&bs and others in the near countryside and villages like Cartmel and Lindale. The visitor is spoilt for choice!
