Cleator Moor B&B

Cleator is a village in western Cumbria, near to the port of Whitehaven and one and a half miles south of the town of Cleator Moor. It is located on the River Ehen and is the site of the former Kangol hat factory. Traditionally there were a number of mills in the town and iron ore was mined nearby. The area is ideally situated for outdoor pursuits and is on the well known Coast 2 Coast walk (C2C). There is a country house hotel and a bed and breakfast (b&b) within two and a half miles of the village. Another hotel is located just over five miles distant.
