Grizedale Forest Park - Cycling

Grizedale Forest Park provides a great day out for all levels of cyclist. There are a range of waymarked trails that lead the cyclist around the forest on forest roads and tracks.

A guide map is included in the Grizedale Map Pack from the Visitor Centre which details all the waymarked routes.
Bike Hire is available from adjacent to the centre including a range of bike sizes and facilities for children.

Please do not cycle along waymarked walking paths and be alert at all times as the steep gravel roads offer challenging conditions for cycling.
